Eligibility for Returns

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible unless there is a craftsmanship defect.

If you receive an item with a defect or craftsmanship concern, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

Refunds
